When you become a mom with a child, you realize that we need to make more means of earning in order to spend at present and more so to save for the future. Saving our hard earned money is good but I have been made to realize many times before, don’t just save… invest!

I have been making my other friends think about investing while making them think as well of the pros and cons. There are risks involved yet the fruits and profits can be unimaginable if I may say when you get the best of your investment even on short term period only.

For the past year I have indeed realized what we do save in the bank can earn more in a good investment. Though just like any business, making an investment entails risks too. But there are safe investments with less risks. The more volatile the investment, the higher the return, the higher the risk involved. But if you know what you are doing, you can avoid the risks and earn the high returns. Luck and knowledge combined can bring forth the good return in an investment. The money you save in the bank can earn you more and more money as return when you just don’t save but invest as well.

People these days try to augment their regular income or salary through other profitable means. There is one venture I wish to know more. I have heard many people have been so profitable and successful in that venture. It is also a very risky venture too. Just like any business, we put in capital and it all depends on how we go about the business and learn the ropes in order to make the most of opportunities there in this kind of venture and make it profitable to our financial advantage of course.

My sister abroad made a long distance call last time and I wish I was there at my parent’s home so I could have heard her voice and talked to her myself. We do get to chat once in awhile when her time allows her to be online but given the time difference since we are worlds apart sometimes we cannot chat that long and it is really different when you get to talk on the phone.

Sometimes I wish we could make use of a service similar to a conference call that has full features and easy to use just like what we can do with a conference chat. So that many of us in the family can talk with her and lieten to her at the same time. Just as this kind of call is great for small or big companies, its features is also desirable at times even for personal purposes only. Given the cost though that fits for business, I hope there will be an affordable package for non-business use.
