It was unexpected but she came! I was happy to see one of our old classmates who was said to be unable to attend because of another event and even before that some financial concerns might not make her attend the reunion last night. But she came right after I arrived. I was among the last to arrive. I was supposed to be arrive earlier but they had me bring the laptop for a slideshow and I forgot it that I had to go back home to get it. Anyway, the program has not started yet and we were happy she came and found time to be with us last night. Guess what? She promised to feature our reunion in the local newspaper where she works for! We look forward to that article plus the photos she might include too in that article!

Just as some people go to comedy bars for a dose of laughter, last night was a night of laughter indeed for us old friends and classmates. I cannot remember some of the stories they were telling during the reunion and I am not alone. But nevertheless those stories made us laugh the whole night long in between some quite more serious stuff that we have to put in. But I cannot disagree it was a fun night and I would love to have that kind of night of laughter even not every day but even just once a week gathering of friends and classmates. I don’t know how that would work but I know when it is something fun, they might just find time to meet up even once in awhile for a night of laughter.

I realize I keep looking into these giveaway and souvenir mugs in a particular stall that I often pass by in one of the malls here in town. So as I remember a dear friend who is to tie the knot by the end of this year, I was about to suggest to her maybe she might like to have custom mugs as wedding giveaways or souvenir. I remember we gave away small bottles of wine to our principal sponsors which we had personalized for our wedding. If I had been a coffee addict before, I might have thought of these wonderful and nice looking mugs as souvenir as well.

Makes me think of the possibility to order some for an addition to my collection of coffee mugs. I am actually looking forward to a quick vacation in a few months and that time maybe I can drop by my fave coffee shops for additional coffee mug souvenirs again.

A long time friend is finally tying the knot in six months. I got her text message that she will be making our lil boy as the ring bearer! Hubby and I are honored but at the same time a little concerned. Would the lil boy behave and cooperate? That remains to be a question for us now. I have yet to reply to my friends message. Just have been busy or should I say a little too busy these days.

Anyway, as I think about this upcoming wedding of my dear friend, I have been looking into these free samples of wedding invitations that she might be interested in looking into. I think she may even get a great idea on what she wants her invitations to look like. I still have to tell her about this and hopefully we will be able to catch each other online at the same time. I wonder though if I can also get these free sample invites just for collection and souvenir. Well I can only wish for that now. I have to go now and talk to the lil boy and see if he would like the idea of becoming the ring bearer.
