Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
To live a happy life, there are simple and easy things we can do and one of that is to take time to sit in silence – peace and quiet time alone for at least 10 minutes or so each day. It helps if you just clear your mind especially from concerns and worries. Try this and you’ll see it’ll do wonders. It is as good like taking a power nap.
