I wanna say happy birthday to my elder sister! I already greeted her when hubby called her this morning at her office. We were surprised that she reported for work when she usually takes a birthday leave during her birthday for the past years. Our youngest sister even told me when she was here the other day that we just have to text our birthday greetings but we were able to talk to my sis and she sounded happy to hear our greetings. Our CT was a bit shy and not in the mood to talk but just said “Happy Birthday”. We’ll celebrate birthdays thsi weekend. There are 3 to be celebrated actually. I wonder why there are many birthdays on June. Hmmmm….

Time flies when you are having fun and busy tweeting. It is high time for my son’s bath time. I am just waiting for the water to boil which I will mix with the cold water. My son does not want to take a cold bath. He does not want to take a bath earlier coz he was busy watching Mr. Bean then hubby called and after that my son wanted to stay on the phone so I called my parents but they were out and so I just talked to my niece and my sister. I was taking a peek at Friendster last night to check on one friend’s photos who was said to have married a local public figure. I just heard about it recently and I was surprised. She is a nurse who is now working a hospital in the US. It has been more than a year that she has been there. I did not see public photos of her wedding but I saw her photos when she and her friends and co-workers there had a trip to the Big Apple - New York  City where one of their friend, a nurse also I believe, was working.

It’s a long weekend for us here starting today, Holy Thursday until Sunday which is Easter Sunday. Actually if others have made this week’s Tuesday and Wednesday as vacation days, then it is one long 9-day vacation for them since Monday, April 6 here was a regular holiday when Araw ng Kagitingan which is regularly celebrated today, April 9, was moved to the nearest Monday which was April 6 as an part of the President’s policy on long weekend holiday economics.
