I wanna share a shot of my son CT when hubby had an off from work. We went to the mall and at one point CT seemed to get tired walking around or as we suspected, CT might want something from this stall which we passed by on our way to the exit, that he suddenly stopped while we were walking and he sat down with this smile on his face. It is as if he is telling me he is tired or saying “Mama buy me one of those please!” Uh-oh!!!

I was browsing through our photos taken two Sundays ago at SM near the carousel and storyland train with my cousin and our children when I noticed this shot where a ghost-like figure covered me and passed by in front of us. Spooky? A ghost in SM where there are a lot of people? Oh my mommy! How about you? How was your weekend?

The other Sunday, July 20, we went to SM City coz I want CT to see Dora the Explorer as they are having a Play Along with Dora the Explorer activity at the SM Event Center at 2PM and 5PM. We missed the 2PM show so we went for the 5PM show. When we got there, so many children and parents with nannies with them are already in the event center. There was a fence placed to separate those who can participate and those who can just watch the show. One must buy a Dora item in the entrance and show the receipt for them to allow you to enter and participate in the show. We decided not to buy and just be content watching from afar. But there were so many people coming in as the show started and it was simply too crowded and we have to stand on the bench chair in order to see the stage from where we were seated. So after awhile and the games were still going on, I told hubby that we can just come back later when Dora makes an appearance already. But then I also thought that maybe we can no longer come back on time. So here we took CT to the big poster in the event center entrance and took a souvenir shot instead. CT was looking at his dad when this shot was taken. There were many people passing by so it was quite hard to get a good shot when CT was looking at me with no one passing by.
Then after awhile, a young girl about CT age too came and talked to CT. Hmmm CT found a new friend in a cute little girl! She is pretty and friendly too. CT stared at her and then the little girl left in awhile. We also left and went down to eat as we were hungry. When we went back, the show was over. Well maybe next time…

During our morning shoot at the Davao Baywalk and Park (which others call the David’s Edge) where the water was calm compared to when we were there two weeks ago. Hope you have a great week ahead!

Another photo taken yesterday when we were at Felis Resort in Davao City. This was taken by my hubby before the sunset photo shoot with other Fanatic Photographers Society members. It was fun and we both enjoyed it though not much of the sunset since Mr. Sun hid in the clouds not long after. But we did get some good shots. Hubby taught me some tricks and somehow we experimented with our Nikon D60 DSLR. Hope we can enrol in the basic photography lessons of Rhonson Ng on Friday or at least hubby coz he is more knowledgeable than me. I would just let him teach me what he learned if he does enrol.
