Starting to Hurt

My thighs particularly in the front part are starting to hurt. Lol! It really does hurt after my first day using the advance Mother’s Day gift hubby gave me – a treadmill! Actually it is for both of us to use. I have been talking about dieting and losing weight for quite a long time. I just hope I would really lose weight using the treadmill.

Well for a start at least I have a way now of sweating it out and have a cardiovascular workout while staying just at home and while watching TV or a movie. As for now it is just walking and I will just do the running later on when I have adjusted to using it already. But I have sweated it out already and I like it. It gives a feeling of the body somehow being cleansed of toxins inside.

I really have to keep using it and just stop myself from getting tired or bored using it. I just cannot give up that easily. I have to do something and I have to start now and just keep going even if it is starting to hurt.
