Hubby and I have seen this realty TV show called The Biggest Loser for several times late at night. When I watch it I would joke on my hubby that maybe we should make that a wake up call for both of us but more so for me as I have continued to gain weight and people have noticed it.
Well being a SAHM for more than a year now, with not much physical exercise and activity, plus being able to eat what I want has been some of the factors I think are contributing to my weight gain. That TV show is inspiring but we just have to make those want to lose weight a reality. We have not budged in exerting effort so how can we lose weight.
I asked hubby if we are trying to become a possible contestant for that show. We may be making it a joke but it is no joke that we gain more weight than we need. We have to changed our diet and our lifestyle. We make food trip and eating a vice of sort and it is not good and healthy. We just need to have a will to get fit and want to be “the biggest loser”.
