I am trying to suppress my appetite but some things just like this for a food lover like me, it seems easier said than done. Sometimes I see eating as a reward for hard work but the craving just seems going and going. Maybe I should divert myself in doing and thinking of other things such as scrapping or photography.
I have been reading on these weight lose supplements including Fastin which they say is being used together with diet as well as exercise to treat obesity in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.
But this month is a month full of birthdays for my family. We will be eating again and sometimes you just cannot resist given the excuse that anyway it’s a family get together for someone’s birthday that happens only once a year. But when there are many”once a year” excuses makes it not a good excuse for someone who’s trying to lose some weight. Okay maybe not some weight but more weight.
