Hubby and I are planning on our house project number 2. This time we would like to be sure that the house will be constructed well. The first house which we continue to pay did not meet the standards given by the developer and we had problems with the quality of how it was built. So this time around we have to be more meticulous but we are still continuing to save for this project.
I was already browsing through some sites about house construction just to give me ideas. My sis said the house itself must have strong walls. Her friend had a problem before when one part of the house began to crack. It’s scary considering you also invest a lot of monay in your house to be built. I read about these insulated concrete forms of walls that when filled with concrete, they form solid, energy efficient walls to create a high performance structure. This system if for above grade walls in both residential and commercial construction. They are simple to install and you’re guaranteed to have strong walls. Our house #1 had some crack in the back part way back then and I dunno what had happened to it since we last visited it years ago. When you have a house project I guess it really helps to be a little knowledgeable of have someone you trust who knows much on construction. I don’t wanna have any problems may it be with the walls or strength of the structure and even with the design at all.
