I was just checking on one niche blog and I realized based on the five digit page views there that there are a lot of people are indeed looking for a job. Especially for the new graduates here in the city and all over the country, they immediately sought for a job right after graduation. I have even heard in the local news that some graduating students have started hunting for a job even before they graduated this year.
With the global recession and people continuing to lose jobs here and abroad, I guess people just have to think well what course they should take in college so that they can get a good job and not only good but must have a good pay so that they can cope with the ongoing global recession and ever increasing prices of commodities. These days, people tend to take courses that will let them have a healthcare career. With still nursing and other health care courses having many graduates each year, they tend to hunt for jobs online through these health care job sites.
Some of my friends who are now working abroad have sorted to those sites before and some of them have been lucky enough to get a good job through it and are now working and living abroad. My cousin who is a nurse in NY has once asked me if I wanted to take up nursing as my second course and she will help me get a job there. Maybe I will think again about that when my son is older but for now I am just okay where I am and being a SAHM. But when my son gets older I plan to go back to work and go on a job hunt once again.
