Now for a more serious matter that is not worth laughing at is when you become part of a TransUnion Class Action Lawsuit fighting for your rights to privacy and confidentiality. This lawsuit can be traced back to those who applied for credit in the United States between 1987 and 2000 when a credit reporting company called TransUnion made a direct violation of the Federal Credit Reporting Act during those times. Now I would really fight for this case as no one has the right to divulge, diclose and give out our presonal credit information which they promised to keep confidential. Thanks to O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath who handles cases like this and give justice to those concerned and help them be entitled to monetary damages. Selling confidential credit information to target marketing companies is truly illegal and this is a serious matter that we need to fight for.
