Summer vacation starts now for the little boy! School is over for this school year. They had their class photo opp this afternoon and had a farewell party with his classmates at school. We brought as requested by the teachers food good for 10 kids by giving a dozen GoNuts Donuts, a variety of their chocolate donuts.
Now I have to start trying to decide what we will do this summer. I really hope to find a good summer school to enroll him to improve his speech and reading skills. That will be the focus this summer. I wish we can do cooking, soccer, reading, arts, dance and music class all this summer. That would depend on the budget too.
A trip to the beach is something I look forward to or that trip on the Island Banca Cruises seems fun. We will just try to have fun and learn this summer, right?
Have a great summer everyone!

Resting from work, I was looking at our old sofa and I suddenly thought would it be possible to have it repaired and recolored. I have heard before of this leather furniture dye that can allow you to have your leather sofa repair and recolor. If you want to change an old out dated color to something new, yes you can do it. That is something I want done on the very old, leather red sofa at my parents’ house actually. They seem to love that sofa very much more because of its sentimental value perhaps being there since we were kids until now that it is being used by the grandchildren already.
If I have the budget, I would get them a leather cleaning kit and recoloring kit. This old one in our place could use one too. A little repair and recolor and it might just look as good as new!

Have you ever had a romantic breakup that was easy? ::: No.
When was the first time that you felt betrayed? ::: When a man lied to me along with his parents about a loan we were late made to pay. I was made to assume that it was given and need not be repaid. Had I known the truth, I would never have accepted that and just made another practical plan about it. I had forgiven that but I would not forget the lesson that experience taught me about trusting people who make me believe a lie.
Do you feel religious beliefs should have a role in politics? ::: In some ways, yes.
Are you doing anything special this weekend? ::: Nothing special because hubby is on overtime work all weekend.
Oreo cookies turned 100 years old this week. How do YOU eat an Oreo? ::: Eat as is or open it and lick the vanilla before eating the chocolate part.
