I am getting hungry and I remember or should I say I realized I just had brownies we bought from Goldilocks the whole day for breakfast and lunch. I usually do not eat much when my hubby is at work coz when we are eating together, I sort of catch up on what I missed so I tend to eat more. But since I wanna lose weight, I want to eat less as much as I can but to the extent that it seems that I have to skip meals to achieve that which honestly is not a good practice. Well we are going out for dinner and bonding time on a Sunday night, so I will probably be tempted again to eat more than I should. I just hope not.
