So this is it being a stay at home mom with a one year old baby to take care of and house chores to do all on your own. It could drive you nuts you know. Not to mention this one year old boy is no longer a baby really since he knows things around the house, touching things he shouldn’t and doing things he shouldn’t do either. It’s an adjustment I am trying to cope well with.
I have been a stay at home mom for almost a year now but hubby has almost always been there with me during the day. But I guess so as not to stress myself is just not to resist instead play along with CT who demands more from me and wants me to play more with him. He is looking for a constant playmate and you know I have some tasks to do here too so I cannot give him a hundred percent attention all the time. So at this point I need to increase my patience and try to be a kid again as in!
But that is how it is to be a mother of a one year old kid. CT will turn two in a few days and he will learn other things that will and can drive me crazy. Uh oh! I just have to relax and enjoy the time that CT needs me coz people have been telling me it won’t be long before he will need you no more than his playmates and classmates. Hmmmm well mothers go through this process and stages. I just have to learn to cope well and make the most out of it. So later we maybe go bonding in the mall where he can again have his fave McDo fries.
