We went out this afternoon to buy plane tickets at Cebu Pacific but did not continue and bought the tickets online through hubby’s mom instead since the service at the Cebu Pacific ticketing office at VP was so slow as we overheard people sitting beside us and behind us complaining that the number is not moving and it is less than an hour before closing time yet there are still 54 clients waiting to be served and the staff are quite rude as I overheard one talking to one of the clients. As proven it was faster to book online but in a matter of a few hours the ticket costs higher because the taxes increased. Huh but we have no choice then so go. Read more… »
