Wish on a falling star
To give one more strength when so close to giving up
When one’s heart could not take it anymore
When the one person supposedly closest to one’s heart
Makes one feel unimportant and neglected
It makes one so sad and lonely
In the days supposedly the merriest in the year
How far can one go?
How much can one take?
When the person who says “I Love You!”
Does not show it emotionally.
Would one be happy making all the thinking to make oneself happy?
Wouldn’t it make one more happy if the other makes the thinking to make one happy?
At a certain point now, one would be more happy if one’s wish on a falling star
That the one loved would change heart and make one happy on it’s own initiative.
A relationship cannot be one way where the one gives in to the others shortcomings
While the other does not even budge even a bit to make an effort to change
For the cause that the one has been fighting for from the start.
Can’t the other change and improve as a sign of love for the one?
Then one’s wish on a falling star is that the other would see through it all.
If the one is made to dictate to the other what makes one happy
It is assumed that is not true love at all.
The one would love the other who makes an initiative on it’s own to make one happy.
But then no matter how one expresses but if the other neglects and does not get it
One’s love is futile unless one would see it as a one way kind of love.
