We just came from the church to attend the noon First Friday mass but before that we were in the mall to have a brunch and to have the monthly celebration for this special day. After our brunch I was thinking of having a haircut if we still have time before the mass. But then when we went to one salon, I decided it may take longer so i just have to postpone it.
Anyway, while we were going up we saw that were so many people in the ground floor where there was an ongoing job fair in celebration of Labor Day today. There were many job seekers hoping to find a job and get hired soon despite the ongoing global recession affecting the world’s economy and many companies world wide. There were said to be 5,000 jobs available. So with 5,000 more people hired that would be good news. The problem that they just have to deal with is being mismatched. The job seeker or job hunter does not match the qualifications required by the hiring company for the position they have to fill up. Now more than ever, people looking for a job should be equipped with the right skills and experience to get hired properly. I wish all job hunters and job seekers out ther the best of luck.
